COMPACT Wheel Loader / “Tool Carriers” BIG On Features, BIG on Versatility

The New Holland compact wheel loader line has been further strengthened with the most recent addition of the latest “TC” (Tool Carrier) line of compact wheel loaders.
Comprising four models, from 40 kW/54 hp (4 800 kg) to 56 kW/76 hp (5 900 kg) – W50TC - W60TC, W70TC, and W80TC – the three latter modes are also available in “High-Speed”, with a top speed of 35 km/h, for fast travel from site to site.

The TC wheel loader line is a new series and not simply an upgrade. A completely new design, mono-boom, linkage replaces the previous Z-bar configuration; the new system places both the bucket and boom cylinders beneath the boom, providing the operator with the best possible forward visibility to the attachment and quick-hitch. This design not only facilitates safer, faster attachment changes but also allows for more precision in handling and loading materials – particularly in confined areas where space is limited.

Redesigned Boom for Maximum Productivity
The torsion resistant, precision welded boom box design and reinforced arm support are able to take more stress for increased durability whilst also increasing breakout force and forward reach. Tipping load capacities are among the highest in the industry for models of equivalent size.

In lifting, horizontal deviation throughout the lifting cycle is less than ±1º for faster cycle times in fork applications and improved material retention.  With a bucket attached, the mono-boom loader arm gives bucket roll back up to 52.5º across all models.  The bucket can also be inverted for more efficient cleaning of material up against walls, in bins and foundations and the improved attachment rotation angle gives the operator added versatility and is another aid to productivity.
New front and rear frame assemblies give added durability.

Outstanding versatility
This new wheel loader series significantly increases the versatility and customer appeal across a wide range of industries including construction, building, landscaping, farming and industrial re-handling.
Apart from different bucket options, including light materials, heavy duty rock and 4-in-1 buckets, and forks, customers now have the option to mount a wide variety of attachments: concrete mixer, snow blade, trencher, auger, backhoe, sweeper brush, farm fork, industrial grapple, dozer blade, snow plough and more… As versatility goes, this is as versatile as it gets!

Compatible with the New Holland skid steer loader coupler norm, attachment changeovers are quick and easy, from inside the cab, using a simple rocker switch to activate the coupler. The hydraulic coupler itself has also been strengthened and redesigned to give the operator better visibility of the locking process to ensure that the coupler and attachment engage correctly.

For attachments requiring an additional power line, a 3rd hydraulic line is fitted as standard and a hydraulic accumulator, providing pressure and flow to operate the coupler, ensure easy attachment changes.

Outstanding operator comfort for productive operation
The fully enclosed ROPS/FOPS cab, considered the best in the industry in terms of space, also provides good storage space for the operator’s personnel belongings.
Narrow cab frame elements give virtually unobstructed 360º visibility for safer operation and increased productivity. The instrument layout has been improved too, with all main functions concentrated into one joystick, and the steering column tilts for operator preference.

As with all New Holland equipment, the seat, ventilation, heating and control positions are designed for comfort and can be adjusted to suit the operator’s requirements.
The cab and engine compartment of the wheel loader are separated by the engine air intake space which effectively isolates the cab from noise, heat and vibrations.

A central articulation joint and oscillating rear axle provide easier, safer manoeuvring in tough ground conditions or where space is limited.

Powerful, environmentally-friendly engines
All models of the compact wheel loader are powered by an appropriate Deutz F4M2011 naturally aspirated or turbo diesel engine – a series which is recognised for fuel efficiency, low sound levels and emissions.  The engine delivers power through planetary axles with outboard planetary reduction.  Front axles feature self-locking differentials as standard. The result is a durable, highly efficient power train for safety and economy.
Access to engine and hydraulics is through wide opening hoods for easier servicing and access to check points of the compact wheel loader.
